Expectations: This preconference session will take place at Springboard for the Arts’ community hub in the historic Frogtown and Rondo neighborhoods of Saint Paul. The program involves light walking and some time outdoors and includes guided tours, conversations with local artists and organizers, and participatory art-making activities. Registration includes lunch at the conference hotel before departure and light refreshments served on-site.
