CEO & Head Strategist - ALM Consulting

Aimee L. McCoy is a strategist, facilitator, organizational consultant, and multidisciplinary artist based in the Metro Atlanta area. She helps organizations close the distance between the mission they name and the impact their people, systems, and practices actually produce.

Through Aimee L McCoy Consulting LLC (ALM Consulting), she works with leaders, teams, and mission-driven organizations to clarify strategy, strengthen organizational systems, improve hiring and people practices, and design facilitated experiences that move groups from conversation and intention toward alignment, commitment, and action. Her work includes strategic consulting, organizational and hiring systems, leadership and team facilitation, and the design of conferences, retreats, convenings, and other high-stakes collaborative experiences.

Aimee has worked with people and organizations across the country, drawing on more than two decades of experience across the arts, nonprofit, and community sectors. As a theatre and film artist and founder of The Artizen Company Unlimited, she brings the tools of storytelling, direction, audience engagement, and creative process into her organizational work, helping people examine complex challenges while creating practical pathways forward.

Her work is grounded in a simple question: Are the systems we have built capable of producing the future we say we want?
