For nearly 15 years, Sabrina has served as Executive Director of Young Actors Guild Theatre and Dance Company (YAG), where she provides the strategic leadership that empowers more than 150 youth annually, primarily from historically underserved communities across the Mid-South. Through a trauma-informed approach, she creates safe, supportive environments where students build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and express themselves creatively, demonstrating that YAG is far more than a performing arts organization.

Sabrina has been instrumental in expanding YAG's impact through grant writing, partnership development, and community reinvestment. She led the $1 million renovation and project management of the Harriet Performing Arts Center, creating a permanent home for Memphis youth in the Historic Orange Mound neighborhood. She also spearheads student recruitment efforts and leads the annual Orange Mound Music Festival, a free event

celebrating Memphis culture while bringing together residents, businesses, and local artists. Her leadership earned recognition as a Memphis Business Journal Women Who Lead honoree in 2023.

Prior to YAG, Sabrina served as Community Outreach Director for the YMCA of Memphis, Business Liaison for Congressman Steve Cohen's workforce development initiative, and a Loaned Executive for United Way, strengthening partnerships that connect communities with meaningful opportunities.

A passionate servant leader, Sabrina also directs YAG's Holiday 200 Wishes program, ensuring 200 youth experience the joy of Christmas each year, and leads The Journey, which provides meals, essential supplies, and compassionate outreach to more than 200 unhoused individuals during the holidays. Through every role, Sabrina remains committed to transforming lives, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for young people to thrive.
